Walk in with a photo or a rough measurement. See the cabinet doors, the slabs, the tile and the flooring in one room under the same light, and narrow it down while you are standing there.

We come out, measure properly, and check what is behind the walls. Guessing at this stage is where surprise costs come from later.

Material and labor on a single number, itemized. It only moves if you add work, and you approve that in writing first.

We walk the job with you and fix the punch list before we leave. Materials carry their manufacturer warranty and our installation carries ours.
